"Gluten Free Shoes"

Not only talk the talk, get your gluten free shoes on and let’s walk the walk.

Growing up, I always felt like an outsider. I was diagnosed with ADHD at a young age and struggled with it for many years. However, I found solace in writing and using it as a way to express myself and make sense of the world around me.

Years later, I faced another challenge in the form of endometriosis, a condition that took a toll on my physical and emotional well-being. Despite the difficulties, I never lost my fighting spirit and found ways to keep pushing forward.

On my 30th birthday, everything changed once again. I was finally diagnosed with celiac disease and began a new chapter in my life as a gluten-free individual. This new experience has been a rollercoaster of emotions, but it has also taught me to embrace change and find my place in the world.

Through all of these experiences, I have learned to be patient, understanding, and resilient. I want to share my story with you in the hope that it will inspire and encourage others who may be going through similar challenges. So let’s begin this journey together and see where it takes us.
